He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics (UBA) and he is a Research Fellow of the Special Program for Urban and Regional Studies (SPURS) of Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). He has worked for more than 8 years in the scientific and academic cooperation with China and he is currently working as the Secretary of International Affairs, UBA. His research topics are focused on the internationalization of higher education and on the regional cooperation in higher education and S&T.
