He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology (UBA), a Master’s Degree in Statistics (Untref) and a Ph.D. in Social Sciences (UBA). He specializes in digital economy and he has coordinated several researches and consultancies for institutions such as Agencia I+D+I (National Agency for Research Promotion, Technological Development and Innovation), the Institute of the Integration of Latin America and the Caribbean from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB-INTAL) and the Organization of Ibero-American States (OEI). His research topics address the governance and impacts of digital technologies in the economy and the labor market.
